Here’s a quick and easy breakfast smoothie that will make you look forward to the morning. Featuring the tropical flavors of coconut, mango, and pineapple, this concoction is as satisfying as it is refreshing.

Ingredients:
8 oz. coconut water 2 t. fresh ginger root, finely grated ¾ c. frozen mango chunks ¾ frozen pineapple chunks 2 large stalks of celery, cut into chunks 1/3 medium cucumber, peeled and cut into chunks 3 T. fresh lime juice 5-6 ice cubes
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and turn it on to its lowest setting. Gradually increase the speed and continue blending until all ingredients are blended smoothly.
Pour smoothies into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
